We probably have tent & tarp issues that we probably have to address at the next meeting which is April 15, 2012. I was called by the Waianae District Park about our approval. These tarps & tents must be removed from the approval, (1) 10 x 20 Honey Girl (Henrietta), (1) 20 x 30) Roberta (Kitchen), (1) 10 x 20 Aloha & (6) tents must be removed from the approval. This is what the Parks & Recreation wants besides whats allowed:

Meeting @ Maili Beach Park on March 11, 2012
We should meet no later than 600am Friday morning on June 22, 2012 to set up tents & tarps.
Rochelle Willis: Tables & Chairs
Bernard Ku’ehu: Sound System, Lights & 20x20 Tarp.
Roberta Ku’ehu-Soberano: Taking care of kitchen (Just needs hands to help.)
Donations: (For lunch on Saturday) Bread, eggs, tuna, mayonnaise & chips.
Donations: For raffle
Projector: Anyone who can get one to run DVD.
Games: Bernard Ku’ehu providing volleyball net & volleyball.
Horseshoe, Tug of War, Relay Races
Tye Dye: Available (Bring your own Material)
Donations: (For Kids) Toys, Pencils, Books, Etc.
Pictures for collage: Every family does their own
Molokai Trip on May 18-20, 2012 Friday to Sunday
$200.00 cost of trip
