Meeting @ Maili Beach Park

Aloha Mai Kakou! (April 15, 2012)

The meeting today was about the tents & tarps, T-Shirts & Lunch. It was suggested that we try to get names of who donates so that everyone doesn't bring the same thing. What we need is mayo, tuna, eggs, bread & chips. Leimomi Motoyama will put her name under Mayo. So anyone else donating please email or call me to put your name under one of the items.

Our next & last meeting will be June 17, 2012, five days before our reunion. This is to make sure everything is in place.

$6.00 to Ship one or two T-Shirts & $12.00 to Ship from about three to nine or maybe ten T-Shirts. That is domestic shipping only. The designs are attached for what the T-Shirts will look like. Some of you who I mail to may have some of the yellow on the kukui nut side with no yellow, cause I ran out of yellow ink. The form for ordering T-Shirts is also attached & if done on line will automatically do everything for you when you put the T-Shirts you want or you may call me to put in your order & send me your check.

Also, seniors will be first for lunch & dinner because we don't want them to stand in line to long & we want them to feel comfortable. Someone may get a plate for them so they don't have to wait in line.

In Attendance: Sanford Kame'ekua, Bernard Ku'ehu, Leilani Manini, Leimomi Motoyama, April Panui, Lehua, Querry & Johnna Willis-Thomas
