86, of Waimanalo, died Aug. 29, 2009. Born in Pearl City. Retired city maintenance man; also a heavy-equipment operator. Survived by wife, Lorraine; sons: Nobuo, Kimberley and Robert; daughters: Lori, Vanessa Hulihee and Leoda Shizuma; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Masaichi; sister, Harriet Fukunaga. Visitation: 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. George Catholic Church; Mass 11 a.m. Visitation 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 19 at St. Sophia Catholic Church, Kaunankakai, Moloka'i; service 10:30 a.m. No flowers.
